Rotating bars are objects that appear in the Hanging from a High-Rise sub-area of the Metro Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. They appear as sets of four red bars, attached to each end of a metal cross. Rotating bars move on their own every few seconds, after which they stop and shake before rotating again. Mario can grab on to these bars and jump from them.
