Crimson Slim
Crimson Slim tires from Mario Kart 8
Strong stats Speed, Handling (MK8, MK8D)
Appears in Mario Kart 8, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

The Crimson Slim tires are a set of unlockable tires in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. They offer a slight boosts to speed and handling, and are exactly the same as the Slim, except that they are completely crimson in color. It also hinders acceleration slightly and traction heavily.

In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the Crimson Slim now share their stats with the Wood tires. They now have improved anti-gravity speed, and their traction, air speed, anti-gravity handling, and acceleration stats has been further reduced. CPU Toad uses these tires when he's riding the Yoshi Bike.
