Mr. Scooty (written as Mr Scooty in Europe and Oceania) is an unlockable bike body that appears in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It is a small, blue scooter with a yellow seat. It has the same stats as the Biddybuggy and Landship.
Mr. Scooty's biggest strength is its acceleration bonus, along with a handling bonus that's slightly lower than that of the inside drifting bikes. As a trade-off, however, it lowers speed, weight, and traction. This is the only non-DLC bike in the game to affect the ground speed stat. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it is still seen with the highest acceleration boost and is now seen with the highest handling boost.
