- Not to be confused with Flame Runner or Flame Flyer.
Flame Rider is a bike body that appears in Mario Kart 8. It resembles a Harley-Davidson bike with a fire design on the side. The character's logo is found on the headlights, but it seen on the rear of the bike as well. The engine on the bottom of the bike has a Fire Flower, two Mushroom pistons, and a ? mark engraved on it. The Flame Rider offers a small acceleration boost and a large handling boost at the cost of weight and grip. It shares its stats with Pipe Frame, Wild Wiggler, Standard Bike, W 25 Silver Arrow, Varmint, and City Tripper.
