Mr. Scooty (known as Mr Scooty in Europe and Australia) is a bike body that appears in Mario Kart 8. It is a small, blue scooter with a yellow seat. It has the same stats as the Biddybuggy and Landship. Its biggest strength is its acceleration bonus, but it offers a smaller handling bonus. As a trade-off, it lowers speed, weight, and traction.
