Template:Species-infobox Cat Goombas are sub-species of Goombas, powered-up by a Super Bell, appearing in Super Mario 3D World.
Cat Goombas attack by jumping, then diving down, in the same way that Cat Mario can, and sometimes drop a Super Bell when defeated. They're most common in World 1, first appearing in the game's first level - Super Bell Hill. However, they appear much less frequently in the later worlds, appearing only in the levels Mount Beanpole, Mystery House Melee, and The Great Tower of Bowser Land.
