Mitsuaki Kanuka is a Japanese voice actor who is best known for his roles as Libertus Ostium in Final Fantasy XV, Urashima in One Piece, Zhang Fei in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Loccobarocco in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Dr. Eggman in the third season of Sonic Prime (replacing Kotaro Nakamura) and the current Japanese voices of Patrick Star in SpongeBob SquarePants and Winnie the Pooh. He voices Augie in the Japanese version of Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope.
