Tabitha St. Germain, formerly known as Paulina Gillis Germain and also known as Tabitha or Kitanou St. Germain, is a Canadian actress and comedian best known for her voice work as the speaking voice of Rarity and various other characters in the children's show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Spryte in the Legend of Zelda show, Fllay Allster in the English dub of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Ms. Demeanor in COPS, and Toa Nokama in the Bionicle films. She portrayed Kootie Pie Koopa in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, credited as Paulina Gillis.
