Nipper Dandelions are dandelion-like flowers that are made up of four Nipper Spores from Yoshi's Island DS. When it is blown by strong winds (usually caused by a Windbag), it releases the Nipper Spores into the air. They then fall to the ground and turn into Nipper Plants. In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, they are briefly mentioned by Viridi in Piranha Plant's Palutena's Guidance.
