It is an all-terrain motorcycle that appears to be a bike version of Mario Kart 7's Bolt Buggy appearance-wise, and also look identical to the Pipe Frame, which shares a same performance. Unlike the Pipe Frame, the bike has a four-stroke engine and its sound is a higher-pitched version of The Duke.
It shares its stats with the Standard Bike, Pipe Frame, Flame Rider, Wild Wiggler, W 25 Silver Arrow, and City Tripper.
