The Egg Cup is a cup that appears in Mario Kart 8 as part of the The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 DLC pack. The emblem of the cup is a green Yoshi Egg. This cup has four races appearing to be on par with the Leaf Cup.

- The Egg and Triforce Cups are the first Mario Kart cups to contain both Nitro and retro courses.
- This is so far the only cup in Mario Kart 8 to not use the glider in any of its tracks.
- Along with the Triforce Cup and Special Cup, none of the tracks in this cup feature any underwater sections.
