Ireen is the self-declared leader of IDLE, appearing in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. She is a young, short, pink Concordian humanoid, and wears a pink dress shirt and a belt with a spiral in the center on her waist. Ireen also wears an orange scarf around her hair like a bow. She lives on Desolatt Island with her mom. Her name may stem from the real name "Irene". In the sidequest Back to IDLE's Roots, it is revealed in a flashback that Ireen fought the other IDLE members one-on-one to get them on her team, forming IDLE.

Ireen and the rest of IDLE first meet Mario and Luigi on Desolatt Island, where she and the group task the brothers to find all of them.
