Krumples are enemies introduced in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. These large, blue, and muscular Kremlings both resemble and behave like Krushas and Krunchas from Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest respectively. A Krumple appears on the box art of both games that it appears in.

Krumples are first encountered in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!, here they are semi-common enemies. Krumples, like most enemies attack Dixie and Kiddy Kong by charging into them. Krumples are so muscular that they cannot be defeated by Kiddy's rolling attack and they cannot be hurt at all by Dixie. They will laugh and taunt the Kongs when they unsuccessfully try to hit them. Hoever, certain Animal Buddys, a throwable weapon (such as a barrel) or Kiddy's jump attack can defeat a Krumple. Krumples usually appear in cave levels or levels that have waterfalls in them.

Krumples are enemies introduced in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. A Krumple appears on the box art of both games that it appears in.

History[edit]

Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble![edit]

Krumples are enemies in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. Like most enemies, Krumples attack Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong by simply moving into them. A Krumple can be defeated by a barrel, a team up throw, being jumped on by Kiddy, having Ellie spray water droplets at them in Tracker Barrel Trek, and from Squitter's web projectiles in Creepy Caverns. Krumples are unaffected by Kiddy's roll, unless he performs it from high enough, or any of Dixie's attacks, and he will respond back by taunting the Kongs. In Dixie Kong's Photo Album, a Krumple photograph appears under the Kremling Kreeps category. In the remake, the sound effects of Krumples are reused from Krunchas in the Donkey Kong Country 2 remake.

Donkey Kong Land III[edit]

Krumples are enemies in Donkey Kong Land III. They act the same as before, but appear in several more levels.
