Claude Moyse is the former Editor in Chief of the German Club Nintendo magazine and was part of Nintendo of Europe's localization department, translating games to German. He was regarded as controversial for including various adult jokes in his localizations.[1] Moyse was also known for putting Kirby in strangle and unflattering roles due to his apparent unexplained dislike of both the character and his creator, Masahiro Sakurai.[2][3]
