Excitebike is one of 9-Volt's microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y. and WarioWare Gold.

Gameplay[edit]

This microgame is based on the video game Excitebike. The purpose of the game is to make the Excitebike Racer jump over one of the ramps to avoid the mud puddles. Tapping a ramp destroys it. There are two ramps on the course, one with the slant facing the front, and the other with the slant facing the back. The player needs to destroy the one with the slant facing the back. If the player manages to do so, the game is won. However, if the Excitebike hits the ramp with the slant in the back or hits a mud puddle, the game ends in a loss.

The spike pits can not be removed with tapping, so ramps going over the pits should not be removed.

WarioWare Gold[edit]

  • 1st level difficulty: There are blue racers and ramps with spike pits next to them.
  • 2nd level difficulty: There are ramps that are facing the wrong way along with the correctly-facing ramps.
  • 3rd level difficulty: A combination of levels 1 and 2, along with purple racers that come in suddenly.
