He was born in Orange, New Jersey on August 30, 1949, and died due to illness on June 12, 1994. Christopher Collins is best known for voicing Cobra Commander and Gung-Ho in the Marvel/Sunbow and DiC series of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and Starscream in The Transformers, as well as being the original voice of Moe Szyslak and Mr. Burns in Season 1 of The Simpsons.
