Main course
All racers start in a desert stadium area. Following the starting line is a U-turn to the left around a stone tower with metal structures built into it. Near the stone structure lies a rail with coins on them that cuts inward into the turn. After, there is then a metal road at a soft upwards angle with rails on the sides containing coins. The metal road has racers turn to the right and then left. Next is a short tunnel, which leads to the course's signature elevated banked turn to the right which loops around to above the tunnel. Completing the turns leads racers towards a section with multiple routes. The main route is hosted on metal road containing some rails which zigzags, leading to a left turn towards the finish line. An alternate path can be reached by the player jumping off the road towards the right before the zigzag section. This path leads racers down some rocks to the side containing a jump followed by a glider ramp to the finish line. Near the glider ramps resides a rail which leads over some stands in the desert stadium area containing a couple of coins. ====From Desert Hills (Golden Rally)====
<gallery>
The path from Desert Hills starts with a wide left turn. The track gradually straightens out, then turns to the right and back to the left. There is a slight right turn, and the road narrows and goes uphill. A straight segment with a hill goes through a canyon. It opens up to a wide area where a building to the side has an item. There is then a sequence of three S-bends to the left in a row, of which the first one is slight and the latter two are larger. Turning left once more leads to a section with three of a variant of Bramballs that function as rings. This section is mostly straight but has a slight left turn in the middle. There are then turns to to the right and the left and to the right again. There is a short straightaway before it joins into the course.<!-- in the Golden Rally footage, the next segment of the race starts with part of Mario Bros. ====From Shy Guy Bazaar (Cloud Rally)====
The path from Shy Guy Bazaar starts with a straight slope upwards that has stair-like formations on the sides. The road continues straight, then bends to the right and back, proceeding into a long hilly straightaway with several bumps that can be used for Jump Boosts. There is a wide turn to the right, with a short straight piece before a turn to the left, which leads to an arch that is passed under. The road continues straight before taking a wide S-bend to the left, leading to where there is a transition to paved road. This wide road starts straight before gradually turning to the right, then transitioning into a sharper left turn where there are Dash Panels on some of the lanes. The road goes straight again, before curving to the right, and then narrowing as it turns to the left. A quick right turn leads to the final straightaway, which goes through a tunnel before merging with the final straight part of the circuit.

The course map for Mario Bros. Circuit in Mario Kart World

Mario Bros. Circuit is the introductory track of Mario Kart World, serving as the first race course of the Mushroom Cup.[1] It is also the first checkpoint of the Golden Rally, and the second checkpoint of the Cloud Rally. The course takes place in an arid area in the mesa region of the game's map, making it the first opening course in the series to not be set in a grassland or stadium. Its name indicates it is associated with both Mario and Luigi, combining the Mario Circuit and Luigi Circuit race courses from previous Mario Kart games.

Mario Bros. Circuit was the first course revealed for Mario Kart World, being featured in the Nintendo Switch 2 first-look trailer, the first revealed footage of the game.[2]

Course layout

Close to the finish line is a narrow path similar to the one in GBA Mario Circuit which goes near a rail.[1]
