Mushroom Mix-Up is a 4-Player minigame found in Mario Party and Mario Party Superstars.
Overview[edit]
The gameplay involves players staying on the same-colored Mushroom Platforms as Toad's flag, then the other Mushroom Platforms slowly sink.[1][2] The speed increases as the minigame progresses. Players can ground-pound their opponents to stun them temporarily. A Blooper takes away anyone who fall into the water, removing that player from the minigame. The last player remaining wins, but if all players fall into the water, the end results is a draw.
Mushroom Mix-Up costs 50 coins to buy at the Mini-Game House in Mario Party.
In Mario Party Superstars, if two or more players stay in the minigame for a long time, a 30-second timer pops up,[3] and any players left when the timer expires wins, similarly to Shy Guy Says.
