- “My name's Ryder O'Reilly. I've been interested in music for many years! You darling fellas there... Would you like to try your hand at a little challenge?”
- —Ryder O'Reilly, Mario & Luigi: Brothership
Ryder O'Reilly is a character found on Bitsi Islet in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Her name sounds similar to "rider of rails", referencing how her challenges involve riding on rails. She hosts three challenges on Bitsi Islet, all of which involve using Bro Ball to collect music notes. However, for the second and third challenges to be attempted, Ball Blitz needs to have been learned. She rewards Mario and Luigi with a 1-Up DX for completing the first challenge, a Max Nut for the second, and Cozy Wear DX for the third.
When spoken to after all of her challenges have been completed, she reveals she is the one who installed P Switches on islands throughout Concordia.
