Lady Lima, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

Lady Lima is a character in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake. Her name comes from the lima bean. Lady Lima, being the Beanbean Kingdom's Goodwill Ambassador, is knowledgeable on the Beanstar and acts as an adviser for Queen Bean. She, along with the other inhabitants of Beanbean Castle, were imprisoned by Cackletta and Fawful so that they could use her status as the Goodwill Ambassador to steal Princess Peach's voice, and later to trick Mario and Luigi into giving them the Beanstar. Although the latter plan worked without a problem, the former plan was undone due to precautionary issues by Prince Peasley where he warned Peach, resulting in her using a decoy. Mario and Luigi come across the real Lady Lima in the sewers and are instructed by her to return to the Beanstar before it gets taken. After being saved, she instructs Mario and Luigi on several more things, such as how to cure Queen Bean after she is been infected by a Belly Blech and the origin of the Beanstar. In the ending, Lady Lima is revealed to be old friends with Toadsworth.
