Masanori Sato is a Japanese illustrator known for creating promotional artwork and providing graphic support for a large number of Nintendo games. His output spans various mediums, including hand-drawing, painting, and 3D computer graphics. Among his Mario-related works is the promotional artwork released for Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, for which he used a distinct style that was maintained in artwork made for future Mario & Luigi games.
Sato currently resides in Tokyo.[1]
