New York Minute 3 is a race course in Mario Kart Tour. It is named after and inspired by New York City, New York set in nighttime, and is the third layout of the overall New York Minute course. It made its debut in the 1st Anniversary Tour as the featured course of the tour, this is due to New York being the theme of the game's first tour. Compared to the two previous layouts, the players visit less of Central Park, while now being able to enter the previously blocked out Rockefeller Center and enter a tunnel where the Statue of Liberty is visible from far away.

The course is a favorite of Pauline, Pauline (Party Time), Mario (SNES), Waluigi (Bus Driver), and Dry Bones (Gold).

Players stay in a straighforward on the park path until it turns sharply to the right back into the city. There, the players pass the Rockefeller Center and enter 30 Rockefeller Plaza. After this, racers follow a tunnel where they can see the Statue of Liberty. After a light turn to the left, they exit the tunnel with the finish line just in front.

1st Anniversary Tour

In the 1st Anniversary Tour, New York Minute 3 served as the tour’s signature course. It appeared as the first course of the Bowser Cup, the location of the bonus challenges in the Koopa Troopa Cup, the Larry Cup, and the Shy Guy Cup, and the location of the tour's Coin Rush. Its R/T variant appeared as the third course in the Mario Cup and the first course in the Shy Guy Cup, its R variant appeared as the first course in the Bowser Jr. Cup, and its T variant appeared as the second course in the Daisy Cup.
