Tooth Trouble is one of Dribble & Spitz's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! and returns in WarioWare Gold as one of Penny's microgames.
Gameplay
The purpose of the game is to remove the cavity inside the mouth, tilting the system to move the mouth and pressing to remove the cracked, pink teeth.
- 1st level difficulty: The tooth is located on the bottom row. In Gold, there is a mission in which the player must remove 3 teeth, including the one that must be pulled out.
- 2nd level difficulty: The tooth is located on the top row.
- 3rd level difficulty: There are two teeth to remove.

- Cavity Counterattack: The player has to clear Level 1 by removing at least 3 teeth.

- In WarioWare Touched!, an extended version of the music heard in this microgame can be heard in Wario's introductory and ending cutscenes, where Wario goes to the dentist after he gets cavities from eating sweets.
