Watage Pakkun are dandelion-like flowers that are made up of four Nipper Spores from Yoshi's Island DS. When it is blown by strong winds (usually caused by a Windbag), it releases the Nipper Spores into the air. They then fall to the ground and turn into Nipper Plants.
