Nipper Dandelions are obstacles in Yoshi's Island DS. They are dandelion-like flowers that are made up of four Nipper Spores. When blown by strong winds (usually caused by a Windbag), a Nipper Dandelion releases its Nipper Spores into the air. The spores then fall to the ground and turn into Nipper Plants.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Nipper Dandelions are mentioned briefly by Viridi during Palutena's Guidance dialogue for Piranha Plant.

Trivia[edit]
- Prior to the name "Nipper Dandelion" being used in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the name was used on English-language fan websites. As such, it is possible that the decision to name them that in that game is either an intentional nod to what was formerly a fan nickname or a result of circular reporting.
