Cosmic Cannon Cluster, or World Star-9, is the ninth and final standard level of World Star in Super Mario 3D World. It is unlocked by completing Peepa's Fog Bog, and it's own completion unlocks World Mushroom and Night Falls on Really Rolling Hills. Likewise, 210 Green Stars are required to unlock this level.
Layout
The level contains many various challenges, ranging from using a Cannon Box to hit a switch on a moving Switchboard to dodging cannonballs underwater. The characters start by going on a switchboard around several Parabones. Then they climb a wall by jumping on the cannonballs, and go through an underwater tunnel. After the midway point, there is a network full of switchboards, Parabones, and switches. All that remains is to get to the Goal Pole.
Green Stars
- Green Star 1: After the first switchboard. Players must get a Cannon Box and blast at the cracked section of wall on the right.
- Green Star 2: In the underwater section. Players have to use the Cannon Box to blast away some Brick Blocks, revealing a small chamber with the Star.
- Green Star 3: After the midway point, in the network of switchboards. The star is out of reach. Players should use the Cannon Box to hit one of the switches to change the track to head towards the star. Then, they should use the Cannon Box to shoot the star before the switchboard falls off the track.
Stamp
While riding the first switchboard, players can either find a Cannon Box and hit the ? Blocks to reveal a hidden bridge to the Stamp or find a Cannon Box by the first Green Star and backtrack with the switchboard.
