Club 64 is a building in Toad Town in Paper Mario. It is both a café and a restaurant located at the port. The "64" of its title refers to the game being made for the Nintendo 64. The Pop Diva performs at the Club 64 daily. It is also where the Master Poet hangs out. Club 64 has a sidequest where the Master Poet needs music to accompany his Lyrics to get the Pop Diva to sing again; once done, Mario is rewarded the Attack FX D. At one point, when the whale shows up at the port, it is stated to be apparently good for the location's business.[1]
