Burnadette's dad is the chief of Skorcheen Island in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Like his daughter, Burnadette, he is rotund with orange skin. He also has a large mustache made of fire.

Mario and Luigi first encounter Burnadette's dad when they travel to Skorcheen Island to find a cure for Chilliam, who has been infected with Glohm. When Burnadette's dad talks to the brothers, he learns that Burnadette is in a relationship with Chilliam, who is the prince of Slippenglide Island. Despite the Skorcheen and Slippenglide peoples' rivalry with each other, Burnadette's dad approves of the relationship. He then tells Mario and Luigi how to reach Dr. Vulko, who has the cure for Glohm.

Burnadette's dad later attends his Burnadette and Chilliam's wedding on Heatfreeze Island. In the side quest The Empty Nests, Burnadette is worried that her dad is lonely following her marriage, so Mario and Luigi check in on him. Burnadette's dad tells the brothers about his daughter's "rebellious phase" when she was annoyed by her father's flatulence caused by his favorite food, Heatfreeze Potatoes. Burnadette's dad remarks on how much Burnadette has grown since then before asking Mario and Luigi to ask her to visit sometimes. He also asks them to check in on Chilliam's dad, as he seemed upset at the wedding.

During the credits, he and Chilliam's dad can be seen together on Heatfreeze Island, enjoying a performance by Dyode and Emmit.
