Rafael Parra is a Spanish voice actor. He is known for his voice work in European Spanish dubs, including voicing Melman in the Madagascar franchise since Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, Zazz in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and Curtis Miller in Resident Evil: Degeneration.
Parra provides the voices of Jimmy T and 18-Volt in the European Spanish dub of the WarioWare series since WarioWare Gold as well as the Talking Flowers in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
