José Antonio Macías (also know as Pepe Toño Macías) is a Latin American Spanish voice actor. He provides the voice of Luigi in the Latin American Spanish dub of 1993 movie Super Mario Bros. as well as Uncle Arthur in the Latin American Spanish of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

In relation to Nintendo media, Macías was the voice of the announcer in Nintendo commercials for Latin America during the Nintendo GameCube era and the early years of the Wii. Additionally, he is the voice of Sidon in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity; and he is the most recurring voice of James in the Latin American Spanish dub of the Pokémon anime series, this being one of his most recognized characters.
