The Shangri-Spa Toads are minor characters in Paper Mario: The Origami King. They are a type of Toad that reside in the Shangri-Spa, a location in the green streamer area. They are completely white, wear togas and wings on their backs, and are barefoot.

They first appear when Mario arrives at the spa. It is later revealed that after Bowser's Castle crashed into the spa's banquet hall, the Shangri-Spa Toads forced Bowser's minions to clean the spa to pay off the damage. They can later be found in various areas of the spa, usually overlooking Bowser's minions or leading Mario and Olivia around the spa. The Sensor Lab Satellite office researcher in Shangri Spa is also a Shangri-Spa Toad.

Stone statues of Shangri-Spa Toads also appear in every island in The Great Sea except for the Sea Tower, and Mario can examine each of them to reveal some dialogue that hints on the existence of Shangri Spa.
