Cap Kingdom
Template:SMOlocation-infobox The Cap Kingdom is a region featured in Super Mario Odyssey. It is a gloomy, monochromatic land filled with thick fog and hat-like ghosts, including Cappy. Due to the fog and clothing of its residents, it seems to be based on England. It serves as the starting point of the game, and is the greater region of Bonneton. There is also an airship owned by one of the residents, which is found crashed towards the center of town towards the beginning. Past the residential area, there is a building plastered with posters advertising the imminent wedding of Princess Peach and Bowser. In front of it, Mario and Cappy encounter some Micro Goombas, which Cappy notes recognize Mario in an aggressive manner. This kingdom's Regional Coins take the form of top hats. On Top-Hat Tower, Mario must face one of the Broodals, Topper, in order to get to the next kingdom, the Cascade Kingdom.

The Cap Kingdom contains 50 Regional Coins, which cannot be collected until the player powers up the Odyssey in the Cascade Kingdom.
Behind the Odyssey.
In a small pool of water near the Odyssey.
On top of the entrance arch of the Central Plaza.
In a alcove under a hill in the Central Plaza.
Behind some crates on the northern side of the Central Plaza.
Inside a hidden alcove on the east side of the Central Plaza.
In the room containing the "Searching the Frog Pond" Power Moon.
Above the entrance door inside the Top-Hat Tower.
Above a high platform in a lake inside the Top-Hat Tower.
On a side route in the secret room containing the "Push-Block Peril" Power Moon.
On a hidden platform along the back wall in the "Skimming the Poison Tide" Power Moon.
On top of a top-hat-shaped platform under the bridge leading to the Top-Hat Tower.
Under an overhanging ledge on the north side of the Central Plaza.
On top of a top-hat-shaped platform north of the door leading to the "Searching the Frog Pond" Power Moon area.
