Masanobu Matsunaga (松永 政信) is a game music composer, sound designer, occasional game designer and voice actor who works for Intelligent Systems. Matsunaga serves as the chief of the company's sound group[1]. He has been particularly involved in the WarioWare series and Paper Mario series.
