Squid Fit, also known as Squid Diet, is a wooden raft that appears in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its 3DS remake that can be used by Bowser to cross the water to reach other land masses. He can use it by going onto the wooden raft and then punching the closest wall to him to sail the opposite way.
