Stone markers[1] are objects that appear in the Chain Chomp sub-area of the Cascade Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. They are concave carvings in stone slightly larger than a Chain Chomp's head with circular markings in them. Three are found in the sub-area, with a secret, fourth one found past the "Nice Shot with the Chain Chomp!" Power Moon. After Mario knocks a Chain Chomp into a stone marker with a captured Chain Chomp, it opens the wall east of him, allowing him to progress (or, in the case of the secret stone marker, the second Power Moon of the sub-area, "Very Nice Shot with the Chain Chomp!").
