Template:Person-infobox Bill Trinen is a Japanese-to-English translator and the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Nintendo of America. He is most commonly seen in Nintendo Directs and helps translate the languages of several Japanese developers, such as Shigeru Miyamoto. He also helped translate bug reports for several Nintendo video games, beginning with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, while his first Mario game translation was the original Mario Party in 1998. He was later hired full-time for the Nintendo Treehouse, Nintendo's product development division.
