Thomas Jacob Black (born August 28, 1969 in Santa Monica, California) is an award-winning American actor and musician. Black is best known for his work in Hollywood comedy films, including Shallow Hal, School of Rock, and Goosebumps. Black's most famous role in animation is that of Po in DreamWorks Animation's Kung Fu Panda franchise (alongside Seth Rogen). In 2018, Black received a placement in the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
In 2021, Black was revealed as the voice of Bowser in Illumination's untitled Mario film scheduled for release in 2022.[1]
