The kart is a blue-colored variant of the Badwagon and a possible reference to blues music as evidenced by its foreign names. Unlike the Badwagon, it uses the Off-Road tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, although an official screenshot shows it with the Pipe Frame's tires instead.
