Toshihide Tsuchiya (土屋トシヒデ, born November 11), is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo. Toshihide Tsuchiya is currently employed at Arts Vision. In the Mario and Donkey Kong franchises, he is notable for voicing Funky Kong, King K. Rool, and other characters. Toshihide has worked for Nintendo EAD and Next Level Games, Incorporated[1]. In some occasions, Tsuchiya speaks in English.[2]
