Template:PM Moves The Star Beam is a move that can be performed by all of the Star Spirits in Paper Mario. It can be used to take off any status placed on by enemies, such as Magikoopas (such as Electrified or Invisible), or to eliminate Bowser's Star Rod power. It is successful against Bowser at first, but he later uses the Star Rod on the Power Platform, constructed by Kammy Koopa, to become so powerful that even the Star Spirits are unable to break its power with the Star Beam. With Twink's and Peach's help, it becomes the Peach Beam, which is strong enough to break Bowser's invincibility.
