There are four types of Super Koopas:
If [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] [[jump]]s on a Super Koopa with a shining cape, not only will it become a blue cape-less [[Beach Koopa]], but a [[feather]] will appear, implying that the Super Koopas are merely Beach Koopas with capes provided by the feather. Jumping on a Super Koopa that doesn't have a shining cape will still make it a blue Beach Koopa, but no feather will appear. [[Spin Jump]]s and [[fireball]]s will defeat all Super Koopas in a single hit.

*Red Koopas with yellow capes.  They will swoop down when Mario approaches, and then rise back up.  Vulnerable to all attacks.

*Green Koopas with red capes. Same behavior as above but are randomly generated enemies. They can also be summoned by two whistling [[Chargin' Chucks]] in [[Funky]].  Vulnerable to all attacks.

A red-caped and green-shoed Super Koopa will behave the same way, except that it is a randomly-generated enemyThe green ones can also be summoned by two whistling [[Chargin' Chucks]] in [[Funky]].

*Blue Koopas with flashing capes.  Same as above but jumping on one will separate it from a [[Cape Feather]].  Otherwise, all other attacks will instantly destroy them without providing the feather.

Super Koopas are Beach Koopas that wear capes, allowing them to fly. They are found in the game Super Mario World, where they appear mostly in Donut Plains' first level and the Twin Bridges area.

There are four types of Super Koopas:

  • Red Koopas with yellow capes. They will swoop down when Mario approaches, and then rise back up. Vulnerable to all attacks.
  • Green Koopas with red capes. Same behavior as above but are randomly generated enemies. They can also be summoned by two whistling Chargin' Chucks in Funky. Vulnerable to all attacks.
  • Blue Koopas with yellow capes. They start on the ground but will run, take off, and fly continuously forward. Vulnerable to all attacks.
  • Blue Koopas with flashing capes. Same as above but jumping on one will separate it from a Cape Feather. Otherwise, all other attacks will instantly destroy them without providing the feather.

There are no yellow-shoed Super Koopas just like there are no blue Koopa Paratroopas.
