Zazz is a Zeti and member of the Deadly Six, the main antagonists of Sonic Lost World. When Dr. Eggman came to the Lost Hex, Zazz and the other members of the Deadly Six were forced into serving him, due to the effects of his Cacophonic Conch, though after Sonic rashly got rid of the conch, the Deadly Six rebelled and took control of Eggman's forces.
History

Zazz, along with Zavok and the rest of the Deadly Six, makes a cameo appearance in a trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
Mario & Sonic series
Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games
Zazz makes an appearance as a playable character in the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U versions of Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Like with Zavok and Eggman Nega, the former marks not only his first playable appearance in the Mario & Sonic series but also his first playable appearance in any game. Zazz is unlockable in both versions.
In the Nintendo 3DS version, Zazz is exclusively playable in Table Tennis and Table Tennis Plus, and is unlocked if the player beats him in a Table Tennis Plus match on Day 2 of Sonic's story.
In the Wii U version, Zazz is exclusively playable in Table Tennis, and he is unlocked after the player beats him in a Table Tennis match following a tournament.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020
Zazz appears in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 as a playable guest character exclusive to Table Tennis. To unlock him, players must beat Zazz in Table Tennis as Vector in Chapter 7 of Story Mode.

Profile
The wild and crazy member of Dr. Eggman's Deadly Six, Zazz is every bit the metalhead he looks like and his unruly and unpredictable personality makes him destructive even by Deadly Six standards. He hates boredom above all else, and will fly into a rage when held back from a fight. His competitive style is a bit more chaotic than is usually seen in the Olympic Games.

Profile
Zazz is always ready for a fight! He is trusted as a brave and powerful warrior by Zavok, the leader of the Deadly Six.
