Miracle Rolls are game food items created by Eggman Nega in the Story Mode of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. Inside the Tokyo '64, Bowser and Dr. Eggman have effects upon eating them, but Mario and Sonic have none. Eggman Nega intended to send them all to Bowser and Dr. Eggman, but Bowser Jr. sent them all over the map. They can be found in these locations:
- Museum (Museum Sneak minigame)
- Tokyo Tower (Tokyo Sky Flight minigame)
- Tokorozawa Shooting Range
- Lake Sagami
