Tadd Morgan is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Lakitu in Mario Kart 7, replacing Dex Manley. He did not voice Lakitu again until Mario Kart 8, after which he has consistently voiced him.[1]

- Morgan is credited for providing Lakitu's voice in Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. However, Lakitu borrows voice clips recorded from sessions of the previous Mario & Sonic games, where Dex Manley voiced him.
