An Astro-lanceur[citation needed], also spelled Astro-Lanceur[1] is an octopus-like enemy appearing in Super Mario Odyssey. Only five appear in the game, specifically within the Moon Kingdom, and are similar-looking to the boss character fought in the Seaside Kingdom called Brigadier Mollosque-Lanceur III. These enemies are very large, flying, silver octopuses that will spit cone shells at Mario as an attack. The top of their heads bear the outline of a light blue Ground Pound symbol; Mario can defeat this enemy with a Ground Pound to said spot.
