Fluffy Phantoms are clouds that appear in Yoshi's Woolly World. They act more as an obstacle than an enemy though they can still hurt Yoshi on contact with it, they can move platforms upward similar to a Blarggwich and they also come down from the ceiling. They can be stunned by throwing a Yarn Ball at them and they will go back down and will not come back up.
