Template:Species-infobox Snaggles are enemies which first appear in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are giant great white sharks that come in two distinct colors: gray and yellow. Gray Snaggleses will stick their heads out of water for a few seconds before jumping in the air in an attempt to eat Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. However, yellow Super Snaggles occasionally strike without warning, and will jump out of the water immediately. Snaggles appear in the Beach area and in the Ruins level Damp Dungeon, where a Mega Snaggles also appears. The only way to defeat a Snaggles is with a barrel. If the player listens closely, they will hear Snaggles making dog noises well jumping out of the water.

In Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Snaggles, as well as Super Snaggles, will chase the Kongs if they are underwater.
