She portrayed Rosalina in both Super Mario 3D World and Mario Kart 8 and Baby Rosalina in Mario Kart 8, however work by Rosalina's former voice actress, Kerri Kane, was reused in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, Mario Golf: World Tour and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. Laura Faye Smith states that it is not unusual for big companies to have multiple actresses for one character, take Kerri Kane's portrayal of Rosalina in Super Smash Bros, for example. She lives in Portland, Oregon, and is currently represented by In Both Ears, the same agency that Rosalina's original voice actor, Mercedes Rose, is represented by. She says that she enjoys playing Mario games and Candy Crush.
