Shell Shot is one of the special moves that Parakarry, from Paper Mario, can use. It is available as soon as Parakarry joins Mario. The move consumes three Flower Points every time it is used, and, if successful, will damage one enemy. Shell Shot can be used against any foe, regardless of location.
The Action Command for Shell Shot requires the player to tilt the Control Stick to the left, and release it when the targeting cursor is lined up with the enemy, similar to Yoshi's egg toss in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake. If the player releases the stick at the wrong time, the attack will miss completely.
