'''Choppahs''' are a new type of enemy appearing in the game ''[[Super Mario Galaxy 2]]''. They appear as green [[Monty Mole]]-like creatures that lack legs. They don orange spiked helmets and have a propeller around them, giving them the ability to fly. They fly in a vertical straight line. They first appear in the [[Honeybloom Galaxy]] as the main obstacles. These enemies later appeared in the [[Sweet Mystery Galaxy]], [[Honeyhop Galaxy]] and [[Flip-Out Galaxy]], as well as during the [[Grandmaster Galaxy|Grandmaster Galaxy's]] daredevil run. These enemies can only be defeated by being eaten by [[Yoshi]] or waiting for them to turn upside-down and fall, then [[stomp]]ing on them.

Each Choppah has an orange spiked helmet and has a propeller around it, giving the enemy the ability to fly. Its name is a corruption of "chopper," an alternate term for "helicopter," referring to the enemy's propeller. Choppahs fly in a vertical straight line in most galaxies. Choppahs first appear in the Honeybloom Galaxy as the main obstacles. These enemies later appear in the Sweet Mystery Galaxy (where they are only seen flying horizontally), Honeyhop Galaxy, and Flip-Out Galaxy, as well as during the Grandmaster Galaxy's mission The Perfect Run.
